Get that curled piece of cape, right next to his right ankle. You see that long thin piece curling in from the far the left, that's hard pvc and acts as a support. There's a stiff cape piece on the opposite side as well. Plus the feet and you get a tripod affect.
If the cape is possitioned correctly, this figure does not need the stand!
